Delete your SoLoRecall account

SoLoRecall is a product of SoLoVision LLC. You can request account and data deletion here without signing in or reinstalling the app.

If your email app does not open, send an email to [email protected] with the subject SoLoRecall account deletion request.

What happens next

Send the request from the email address associated with your SoLoRecall account when possible. If you cannot access that address, tell support so we can arrange identity verification. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or payment card details.

Support will verify your identity, confirm which account and data the request covers, explain any records that must be retained, and give you an expected completion time before carrying out deletion. Sending an email does not immediately delete your data. Export anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.

Account and data covered

Your request covers your SoLoRecall account, profile, settings, recordings, transcripts, pages, database content, uploaded files, and other associated personal data. Support will clarify shared workspace content and copies already shared with other people before proceeding. This request does not automatically delete your accounts or data in other SoLoVision products.

Some security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legally required billing records may need to be retained. Deleted data can remain in backups or provider systems until routine removal. Support will explain applicable exceptions when confirming your request. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Subscriptions and purchases

A deletion request does not cancel renewal or automatically issue a refund. For a Google Play subscription, cancel renewal in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. For a website subscription, use Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. If you cannot access billing controls, include that in your request so support can help you complete cancellation. You can still initiate a deletion request while cancellation is being resolved.
