1. Our Relationship with SoLoVision

SoLoRecall is a product of SoLoVision LLC. These Terms are an agreement between you and SoLoVision LLC. By creating an account or using SoLoRecall, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use SoLoRecall for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Service and Accounts

SoLoRecall provides recording, transcription, workspace, search, import/export, AI-assisted, and integration features across supported web, desktop, and mobile surfaces. Features can vary by platform, account plan, provider availability, and release version.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan or security controls.

3. Recording, Consent, and Lawful Use

You are responsible for obtaining any permission or consent to record, transcribe, upload, analyze, or share a conversation or other content. Recording and privacy laws vary by location and context. Do not use SoLoRecall to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant SoLoVision LLC a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and grant this license.

5. AI and Transcription Results

Transcripts, summaries, suggestions, and other AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Review important names, figures, decisions, and source material. SoLoRecall is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made from generated results.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

• SoLoRecall offers a free plan rather than a time-limited free trial. No payment card is required for the free plan.
• Paid weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions are recurring and are processed by Stripe at the price and cadence shown before purchase.
• You authorize Stripe and SoLoRecall to charge the selected payment method for each renewal until cancellation.
• You can manage billing through Settings and the Stripe customer portal. A supported cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and paid access continues until then unless law or the purchase terms require otherwise.
• Taxes, currency conversion, and provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

7. Recall Credits and Provider Keys

Recall Credits meter eligible platform-managed AI and transcription usage. Included allowances, feature costs, and credit-pack prices are shown in the product and may vary by plan. A request can be blocked when the account lacks enough credits. When supported, using your own provider key can avoid platform credit charges, but your provider may charge you directly under its own terms.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Contact support promptly with the account, transaction date, and reason for the request. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access another user's account, content, or restricted systems.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt service operation, or evade usage and security controls.
• Resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain the service, address security or legal requirements, or adapt to provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every provider, platform, integration, or model will remain available.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Canceling a paid subscription and deleting content are separate actions.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoLoRecall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. SoLoVision LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Applicable law may give you rights that this section cannot limit.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as SoLoRecall changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
