What is SoLoRecall?
SoLoRecall is an AI-powered voice recording and transcription app that helps you capture, transcribe, and summarize your thoughts, meetings, and conversations efficiently.
How accurate is the transcription?
Transcription quality varies with the selected provider and model, audio quality, background noise, accents, and speaker clarity. Review important transcripts before relying on them.
What are Recall Credits?
Recall Credits meter platform-managed AI usage across chat, SoLoDocs, Outlook, and transcription. Standard chat costs 3 credits, frontier models cost 10, SoLoDocs and Outlook cost 5, and transcription costs 10 credits per minute.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 150 Recall Credits per month for platform AI, plus unlimited usage when you connect your own provider keys (BYOK) in AI Settings. Core recording, transcription, and SoLoDocs features are included.
What do paid plans include?
Weekly ($4.99) includes 800 Recall Credits per week. Monthly ($14.99) and Yearly ($149) include 3,000 Recall Credits per month with platform-managed AI keys included. All paid plans can buy extra 1,000-credit packs for $10.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?
Yes. Free and paid users can add their own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other provider keys in Settings. BYOK usage does not consume Recall Credits.
What languages are supported?
Language availability depends on the transcription or AI provider and model selected for the task. Review the current provider settings before recording or processing multilingual content.
How secure is my data?
SoLoRecall uses authenticated access, protected connections, and workspace authorization controls. Connected AI and transcription providers process content under their own terms and account settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my recordings and transcriptions?
Pages can be exported as Markdown, HTML, or PDF. Databases also support CSV export. Available recording or media download options are shown in the app for the selected item.

Sign up for a free account, start with 150 included Recall Credits or connect your own provider keys, and upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing when you want platform-managed AI included.
